We create solutions to problems related to sales teams.  We enable sales leaders to stretch and do more.  We help bring the middle of the pack reps to higher production.  We invest our expertise in the community and tools of Salesforce.com and HubSpot.com to solve needs like forecasting accurately, knowing where your best opportunities are going to effect your business cash flow, and when customers are moving towards a buy.  We use our business skills and experience, combined with the Salesforce.com tools to help you meet your goals.  We are your toolbox for bettering your sales organization.

 

Our Story

Every business has a beginning, and ours is no different.  In 2010, it became very clear to us that the area of sales and marketing was headed towards a more digital approach.  Quantifying what had not been tallied in the past was the new order.  We quickly assessed that the need to have engineering into the sales process and sales process execution was key to a rapid uplift in information related to the daily activities of a sales organization.  Managers needed help tactically to meet their strategic initiatives.  Organizations were moving to the cloud for such services and Salesforce.com is, by far, the leader in sales systems or CRM as they are called (also the ticker symbol for Salesforce.com).  

It became clear that there is a distinct and finite need to build Salesforce.com for each business.  The problem is that most companies don't have the time or skill to devote to this critical mission.  That's where we discovered a real need for organizations that use Salesforce.com.  We take a great product and make it better.  We make it fit for you.  We make it easy for your people to use.  We capture the right information - the information you want.  We design business flows that work for your processes.  We build accountability into the system.  We help you continuously better your sales organization.  We do this with care and quality.

In 2015, we began developing custom solutions for organizations using HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing Automation.  We did this because we knew we could serve other organizations that needed to solve problems differently than how we do with Salesforce.  HubSpot CRM is a great solution for organizations that haven't used a CRM system but want to get started.  HubSpot offers a free entry into CRM too so we can bring on new organizations and get them started without the cost of a software license.  

Today, using Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot, White Rock Technologies is able to design and implement solutions for all organizations, large and small.  Our unique approach to serving customers and applying our highly integrated solutions for sales and marketing continues to separate us from our competitors.  We don't sell our solutions.  We invest in those with interest and help them to evaluate their options.  We find what works best based on each set of individual needs.  We customize the solution that is right using the right tools.  In the end, our customers appreciate this effort and this approach has allowed us to retain 98% of our customers.  We invest in our customers and know the importance of a long term commitment to them.
