Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team! If you are a highly motivated individual who wants to make an impact working for a company that values its culture, employees, and customers above all else – WhiteRock is the place for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive Customer Account management – meaning, reviewing their system to compare against alternative system configurations that would be more efficient and save time
  • QA Testing
  • Senior Salesforce Admin skills to service our cases from customers
  • Supporting the systems internally at WhiteRock such as Sales Engagement
  • Creating complex formulas, validation rules, and supporting integrations
  • Setup and manage Salesforce Inbox
  • Setup and manage Einstein Activity Capture
  • Setup and manage Salesforce for Outlook and Gmail
  • Setup and manage flows and email alerts
  • Setup and manage security, profiles, and roles
  • Create/edit users, profiles, permission sets, and notifications
  • Ability to understand the importance of a great user experience and produce high-quality page layouts
  • Advanced use of DataLoader and Salesforce Schema
  • Admin skills to create reports and dashboards
  • Knowledge of business concepts and use cases
  • Ability to communicate in English and work with all of our team

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (current)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business strongly preferred
  • This remote position is for US-based applicants only (Central Time Zone preferred)
  • US Citizen, fluent English-speaker
  • References from employers
  • To work remotely, you must have a computer with a webcam, strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment
  • Expect a background check and drug test
